Questions about pricing.

What does Nandi cost?

The subscription is £14.99/month, as shown above. That is the only thing Nandi bills you for. Separately, if you choose to let your customers pay deposits or balances through Nandi, your payment provider's standard processing fees apply to those payments. Nandi doesn't add anything on top of them.

Do I have to let Nandi take payments?

No. If you prefer to take payments yourself, Nandi explains how you take payment rather than collecting it. Whether Nandi handles payments is one of the things you tell it during setup, and you can change your mind later.

Who pays the processing fee on customer payments?

You decide, and you tell Nandi which way you want it. Either it comes out of what you receive, or, where your provider and local rules allow it, it is added to the customer's total. Either way, both sides see the amount, the fee and the total before anything is paid.

Does Nandi take a percentage of what my customers pay me?

No. Nandi takes no cut of your customer payments and adds no transaction fee of its own. The subscription is how Nandi is paid. Processing fees are your payment provider's charge, and they are a fee rather than a tax.

Are there higher tiers for bigger businesses?

Not today. Nandi has one plan and no feature tiers. If your business grows into needing something different, such as several locations or unusual volume, we would rather talk to you about it than quietly move things you already rely on behind a higher price.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from your billing settings, without ringing anyone. When it takes effect, and what happens to anything you have already paid for, follow the cancellation terms in your agreement rather than being set by this page.
